The new sunroom, complete with a gas log stove, flatscreen television and vinyl turntable with in-ceiling speakers, creates an opportunity to unwind or entertain, depending on the mood, and provides a sense of privacy from the open-concept kitchen, dining and living area with flatscreen television. There is a sliding barn door to separate the spaces, as well as new washer and dryer and air conditioning. The second floor has been reinvented with a new primary bedroom just above the sunroom, with cathedral ceilings and an abundance of natural light. Must say this is a great cottage. Quiet lovely house across the street from Tennis , pickle ball plus playground (you will not hear them playing). Five minute walk to town. Beach grab a chair walk up the street. Relax put a smile on your face you have rented one convenient home in town.

We loved our stay. The house was in the perfect location . My daughter played in the park everyday. The upgrades to the property made a noticeable difference, particularly on the first floor. We look forward to booking this rental again next season.
