We had the pleasure of staying at a cottage rental property in Oak Bluffs, and it was perfect for us. I appreciated the open floor plan and the views of the waterfront. The open layout was ideal for us as we had 7 people in our group, so everyone has their own space, but dinners and hanging out, we could all be together. The outdoor living space was comfortable, we spent a few nights outside and we used the grill quite a bit. The indoor/ outdoor set up was one of the best we've experienced in our years coming to the Vineyard. In terms of amenities, the owner did a really nice job of having everything we needed and the welcome package was a nice touch. We had plenty of towels which helped a lot; the kitchen had all the utensils we needed and it should also be mentioned that the property was very clean when we arrived. One of the standout features of this rental property was the access to canoes and the lake. The ability to take out the canoes and explore the lake was a major highlight of our stay. It offered us a chance to take our kids out for an activity and they loved it. Overall, this is a great property, great location with tremendous views...we would absolutely come back!
