"Herring Moon Cottage" A lovely two bedroom private guest house located in the heart of Katama is less than a mile to South Beach and just over a mile to downtown Edgartown. This light and bright bungalow is nicely appointed and well stocked with all the necessities, except for a dishwasher. A sunroom is steps from the dining area which is graced by plenty of light, sofa sectional, and tv. Both bedrooms are located across from each other with a hall bathroom of tub and shower. A roomy back deck is equipped with outdoor seating, table chairs and an enclosed outdoor shower. A small well enclosed shed houses the stack-able washer and dryer, which is located just out the back kitchen door. Across the street is the bike path that will take you to south beach to the left or to the village of Edgartown to the right. If biking is not your pleasure, the shuttle bus offers easy pick up from the bike path as well. The front circular driveway has room for 2 vehicles for off street parking. Separate parking for main house. Garage is not for tenant use.
