This house brings the beach to you! A great Katama location. Open living room with ac mini splits, updated kitchen opens to the dining area plus a bonus sun room with sliders leading outdoors. The kitchen and dining area also has sliders to the deck for grilling and al fresco dining! First floor includes one bedroom with two additional bedrooms on the second floor. All three main house bedrooms have ac mini splits and a split unit is located in the kitchen and living room. The yard is a beach, complete with Adirondack chairs, take your shoes off and put your toes in the sand! Stroll on the boardwalk to the above garage apartment, perfect for additional space and privacy. This studio style apartment is set up as a living area with a queen size bed and an elevated queen bed (bunk style) and ac split unit. This apartment also includes a kitchenette with dining nook and small balcony. Garage has been finished off as a game/tv room with a couch, Smart TV, and a ping pong table. Just two and a half miles to South Beach and if you need something a bit calmer, you are under three miles to State Beach.

Perfect location
This house was in the perfect location, close to beach and town. I was very impressed with the home it is very clean and well organized. My family had pleanty of room to spread out. I am looking forward to renting this home again!

Pictures do not do the house justice, highly recommend! House has great space, open layout, lots of unique spaces for privacy. Awesome location in between town and beach.
This house was in the perfect location, close to beach and town. I was very impressed with the home it is very clean and well organized. My family had pleanty of room to spread out. I am looking forward to renting this home again!
