House on the hill
A very nice, older, comfortable house, although inside stairs are steep. Outside stairs offer good access to take in luggage and supplies. We missed having an En suite for primary bedroom, as there is just the one bathroom on the first floor as stated. There are 2 TV's, one on lower level and one on first floor which our family enjoyed. Kitchen has been nicely updated with great appliances, and decent workspace. Location is convenient to downtown Edgartown by car or a 20 minute walk down small roads. Our family enjoyed the front covered porch for meals and take out. It's also a lovely spot to sit and read, or listen to the birds. We found the pet fees to be very expensive, doubling from one year to the next.

Beautiful Vacation Home
This was our one of the most comfortable and spacious homes that we have rented on the Vineyard. The Kitchen was perfect for many home cooked meals and we loved having the downstairs for my husband and myself while my son and his family had the upstairs. It gave us private entry and plenty of space for privacy... It is beautifully decorated with special touches of original artwork. While not having the best weather that week we very much enjoyed our stay and took advantage of all the activities that were happening on the Vineyard. We would highly recommend this vacation home.

Fabulous vacation home
Our family has been vacationing on the island for years and this was our favorite home to date. Clean, well laid out and great location to town and beach. We loved playing cards on the porch & the Sonos system was perfect! I agree that a full size bed would be a great addition to the space downstairs as there is a good amount of room but other than that, we would absolutely recommend this house.

Perfect location, well appointed amenities
This home was meticulous. The linens were crisp, the beds were wonderful, the decor was tasteful and it had everything you need for a wonderful vacation. 10 minute easy walk to Edgartown shops and restaurants. The porch was perfect for early morning coffee and late night lounging with screened doors right off of the kitchen. The televisions were a little difficult to figure out, but the all-home Sonos system was terrific. There is a drip coffee maker, 2 dishwashers, toaster oven, 2 ice makers, washer and dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans, gas grill, paper goods, dishwasher pods, ample detergents and soap. The porch is not screened in but there was a breeze and no bugs when we were there. We did not use the back yard at all but it was fenced in and great for little ones or dog - maybe the addition of a a fire pit back there would be nice. My only other suggestion would be to put a king sized bed in the basement bedroom with the daybed/trundle - it is a a huge room that could be home base for extended family with the separate entrance, full bath and living room down there. My family would definitely stay here again it was a wonderful week!
