Felt Like Home
The house was beautiful, welcoming and had everything we could have possibly needed. Sandpiper rentals is the best on the island in my opinion and would recommend them to anyone looking for a stay on the vineyard.

Having never been in MV, we had no idea about accommodations but we lucked out! We were in town for a wedding and all activities were in town. Turned out we could walk everywhere! No car needed, and coming from Calif, that is unheard of! The house was spacious, open, clean with all the amenities we needed! It was perfect! Thankyou for a wonderful stay and a peek into life on The Vineyard!

Great house and great location
We decided to stay here as it was closer to town then we had stayed during other trips to the island. It was a short walk to edgartown, dairy queen (only ice cream shop open off season), stop and shop, kismet and other places. House was nice and open and the care taker was really friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

LOVE THIS HOUSE!
We have been renting this have for several eyars now and absolutley love it. The house is great location wise - you can walk to Edgarstown, Dairy Queen or Stop and Shop. The house itself is well kept and clean. The living area is roomy and the kitchen table is large enough to play games, eat or do a puzzle. We love the outdoor shower and amenities of the place as well as the privacy in the backyard. You cannot go wrong with this property.

Home away from home
This home had everything you could possibly need. Fully stocked with linens, pillows, toiletries, cleaning products, paper goods etc. They even had some great books in case you forgot to bring yours! Quick walk to bike rental place or Lucky Hanks for breakfast. Also, no need to drive your car into town as it?s a quick 10 minute walk to the heart of Edgartown. Outdoor shower was nice to have after the beach day. Large refrigerator to stock up for the week. Nice front porch, neighborhood is pretty walk to golf course at night to see the stars. Very quiet area too. Master bedroom was huge, bathrooms are roomy enough for sharing. We were 2 adults with 3 kids plus their friends came to visit and we all had plenty of space. Kitchen is nice and spacious for cooking and entertaining. Love the accents of the purple! We felt like we were at home there. Very open, clean, neat and airy atmosphere. Perfect vacation home for our 10 day stay!

Great location and a well appointed home
Being this was our first visit to Martha's Vineyard, we had some guidance as to the location, and then worked closely with our realtor to identify the best spot. We were walking distance to Edgartown, which has everything you need for a family vacation. The home was nicely furnished and it was an added bonus that linens, beach chairs, etc. were all available for our use. We had plenty of room for our group (2 adults, 3 kids) and really enjoyed our stay. A very spacious kitchen and private backyard. We look forward to a return visit!
