State and South Beach are approximately three miles from the property along with many other adventures that Martha's Vineyard has to offer.

We found the layout, furnishings and outdoor spaces to exceed expectations. The dining tables indoors and out were more than enough to accommodate our group plus visitors. We appreciated the extra storage for toys and chairs when not in use. There was plenty of comfortable seating to watch the Olympics in the evening and a large coffee table for games. A few suggestions: a bigger refrigerator. Yes, there's a second frig downstairs but it was inconvenient to have to constantly climb stairs. Room darkening shades please! Lastly, please switch to a Sunday to Sunday rental! Saturday is a nightmare for ferry reservations!
