The house has a finished lower level for those that would like the extra privacy equipped with a tv and comfortable sofas. It truly is a wonderful place to spend your vacation on Martha's Vineyard.

House was large, nicely decorated, great backyard space, terrific amount of parking, perfectly situated in Edgartown, amazing outdoor shower and idyllic quiet neighborhood. Kitchen provided all sufficient tools. Here are suggestions I would make to realtor and/or owner: 1) have the homeowner leave toilet paper and paper towels! 2) request owner fill up ice tray to be ready upon arrival 3) could use a better cleaning, and replacement of (4) various lightbulbs 4) owner has us remove the PREVIOUS tenants trash! It was gross, smelly, overloaded, and knocked over. We would have appreciated either the care taker or owner do this.
