In true character of a turn of the century manor, there is the sweeping staircase going up from the living room, (where there is a TV) and the back staircase going up from the kitchen. The second floor boasts four generously-sized bedrooms, two with in-room sinks. two baths, and a stately office/library/television room overlooking the lawn, beach and harbor, perfect for remote work. The gently sloping lawn leads you to your own sandy beach suitable for sunbathing, swimming, fishing, kayaking or maybe you will rent some paddle boards for your vacation. What ever you choose, you will find yourself telling time by the coming and going of the ferry by the end of your stay! Two week minimum requested on this property.
