The neighborhood provides association tennis courts and access to Sengekontacket Pond. For your recreational pleasure the owners provide two kayaks which reside at the pond launch so no carting necessary! The garage is your informal rec room with a ping pong table and room for your bikes and beach toys, along with an enclosed outdoor shower behind the garage.
