The home offers high speed wireless internet, Xfinity cable and two flat screen tv's on the main floor with sonos for the living room television and one in the primary bedroom. There is a spacious enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off from your beach trips before entering the house.
Please note that this home has several steps throughout the main level living space. A step down from the dining room into the kitchen/living room area and the king primary bedroom steps down from the hallway. Mini ductless air conditioning split units are located in the main living area and lower level. Window air conditioners are in the second floor bedrooms as well. This home offers comfort, convenience and opportunity for a wonderful Martha's Vineyard vacation!

Highly recommended!
My family and I loved the house and our stay there. It's quiet, beautifully and tastefully decorated, has lots of light, is centrally located with easy access to many of the main points of interest on MV, has pretty outdoor space, etc. My only minor complaints: (a) the kitchen didn't have enough basic items like pans, serving dishes, etc. (but this can easily be addressed, and in fact we made a few purchases, which we left in the home); (b) all the bedrooms have windows units that can be a bit loud.
