Katama bay Beach House
The house is very comfortable for 7 people. The 2 sitting areas provide options for movie night as well as family game night.. The location of the house is wonderful being so close to South Beach. The downside is the lack of curtains in the dining area and the upstairs bedrooms. Awesome location
The house was perfect for our two families! The spacious rooms and bathrooms provided ample comfort, and the open layout made it easy for everyone to relax together. The kitchen was a dream, allowing us to prepare meals without feeling cramped. While we enjoyed our stay, a gas grill would be a great addition, and outdoor light sensors would enhance the property's nighttime visability. The location is unbeatable, with the beach just minutes away and excellent biking and running paths nearby. Location was great for our family who spends all day with our vehicles on the beach. An outside shower would of been nice (and help control sand) Separation of kitchen,TV and living room was a bonus to spread out activities Agree with previous comment, gas grill would’ve made dinner time faster (and safer) If the house had some type of AC other than fans, we might have never left!
