Located in the Kitt's Field community, this beautiful home has been meticulously designed to offer the ultimate in a vacation stay for a family, or multi-family gathering. The main house offers an open plan kitchen, and dining area, with all the kitchen amenities one requires to prepare summer feasts. The guest house is a spacious open floor plan, with a half bath, and outside shower attached. In the main house there are a few beautifully furnished living areas, including the living room with a flat screen tv, and wood burning fireplace, while the rear of the home offers an enclosed air conditioned sunroom which allows for great views of the pool and firepit. The main house includes the master bedroom, with king bed, flat screen tv, and an en suite bath with striking walk in glass shower. The second bedroom includes a King bed with flat screen tv. The third bedroom includes a queen bed, and flat screen tv. Bedrooms two and three share an attractive hall bath with tub and shower combo. Lastly, the guest house includes a queen bed and a bunk bed(single beds), powder room and easy access to the pool and its surroundings. There is a convenient outside shower with continuous hot water. The pool area includes a 15 x 30 pool, which is heated to approximately 81 degrees, lounge chairs, nearby outside shower, and also the gas fire pit - great for night time family gatherings. The yard offers plenty of space enough for any outside activity. The Kitts Field Circle neighborhood is approximately two miles to the nearest South Beach entrance, an enjoyable bike ride, or minutes away by car to one of the best beaches on Martha's Vineyard. The walk into downtown with the many shops and restaurants is approximately 1.25 miles. Off street parking for two vehicles.

We were supposed to go to Europe with our 2 children to celebrate my husbands 65 th birthday- when we knew that wasn?t going to be possible we decided to come back to the Vineyard for the 7 th time- this property was by the best one we have ever rented and look forward to renting it again if it available!
