The open concept layout includes an expansive kitchen, which opens to a living and dining area, and two bedrooms, including one ensuite, the other with a Japanese soaking tub and handheld shower exchange. There is a covered porch that spans the length of the house, with an outdoor dining table and lounge chairs. Follow the staircase down to the private, albeit petite stretch of beach, curl your toes in the sand on a petite slice of beach and watch the boats go by, the Chappy Ferry go back and forth, and back and forth, lulling you into that relaxed vacation state of mind. Parking for one vehicle. Guesthouse can be rented with the larger, 4-bedroom main house (Property 77).

Waterfront Bliss
We spent an idyllic week in this wonderful waterfront house. The open, bright and airy rooms seem to double the size of the house. We spent most of our time on the porch, overlooking the harbor and were very happy strolling into town.
