The front stairs lead to bedrooms 4 & 5, and the back stairs lead to the primary suite and bedrooms 2 & 3. Laundry is on the first and second floor. The patio is located right off of the dining room, a perfect place to relax with a good book or the start of a memorable evening with friends and family. You will be able to gather as a group in these areas yet the house offers many nooks for quiet personal time as well. The office is available should there be a need to connect back to the real world, a comfortable living room for catching up on the news and happenings and a front sitting room for quiet discussions. Air hockey and ping pong in the unfinished basement. A generous yard, patio and upper deck off two of the five bedroom offer wonderful spaces. Located in the heart of Edgartown, convenient to shops, restaurants, galleries and harbor. Parking in the driveway for two vehicles. Two week minimum rental bookings.

There are only two TVs hooked up to cable. The main tv downstairs in the living area, and the primary Queen bedroom upstairs. There is a 3rd TV in BR#2 Queen, but you will need to bring an Apple TV unit if you want to stream on this tv.
